Today I want to talk about podcasting and why I think it’s a great idea to start a podcast for your business.

Now, don’t get me wrong, podcasting isn’t for everyone but many of you could grow your business with a podcast.

Let’s look at how a podcast can help you grow your business.

1. It positions you as a thought leader and industry influencer

One of the best things about podcasting is that anyone can become a thought leader or influencer. All you need is a message and a means to record and broadcast that message.

Pretty awesome right?

Having a podcast is a more intimate way to share your content, it helps you build a personal connection and humanises your brand. It can feel like you’re having a conversation with your audience, which really helps you build authority.
