Hey there busy entrepreneur. You’re looking for ways to grow your business right?

How can I tell?

Because you’re here… and because that’s what I do.

If you’ve been here long enough, you’ll know that I love Facebook ads to grow businesses fast and on a budget. If you’re new here, now you know how I love growing businesses.

In this Facebook ads series I want to highlight the opportunities for your business as well as point out the the common misconceptions around Facebook advertising.

Let’s start with the most common one. The one where we say ‘Facebook is free’.

It isn’t, particularly advertising isn’t.

Yes, you can create a Facebook page free of charge, but unless you don’t put a dollar value on your time, I would argue that Facebook is far from free.

It can however be extremely affordable to reach your ideal client and grow your business.

Let’s chat Facebook ads in this case, because that’s what we’re here for right?

Where to start with Facebook Ads

Facebook has a lot of information about your ideal client that you can use to your advantage, meaning that your ads are truly targeted and you’re speaking to the right people!

Creepy right?!

At the same time it’s pretty exciting that we can now target the right people for very little investment, so that your business can grow faster and you don’t need to spend thousands of dollars.

BUT
and I guess you felt that one coming…

You need a strategy before you start.

Don’t just start Facebook ads with the hope that they work, because they might (lucky!) but you’re more likely going to be disappointed with the results.

What should go into your strategy?

I’ll go through this in the next few posts.

Before you start doing anything, think about your goals for your Facebook ads campaign.

What exactly do you want to achieve with your Facebook ads?
In my free Facebook Ads prep school videos I take you through goal setting and budgeting for your ads.

It’s truly the first step of your advertising campaign, before you even go into Facebook.

Once you know what you’re trying to achieve with your Facebook ads, it becomes much easier to work out a plan of how you want to achieve your goal and ultimately how you are going to determine its success.

It’s time to stop guessing and start creating a strategy for your Facebook ads success.

After all, you wouldn’t go on a road trip without a map.
