Let’s talk about Black Friday sales. I’m super excited about this episode, which is interesting because I used to not like Black Friday sales. 

I’m actually not a fan of sales in general, because it usually just trains your audience to wait for the sale. The only time I’m ok with a sale is if you want to move stock to make space for new stock, or for a really special occasion. Other than that, I don’t suggest offering sales more than twice per year.
